Non-industry companies are generally allowed.

2. Content Guidelines
Permitted Content
Any advertisement that complies with applicable laws
Prohibited Content
- Political parties, banks, pharmaceuticals, adult content, defense companies
- Racist, misleading, deceptive, or politicizing content
- Provably false or untrustworthy content
Image and Video Guidelines
Minimum Horizontal Banner Resolution
- Width of 600 pixels
Maximum banner sizes:
- Sidebar (Desktop): 300×600 pixels
- In-Content Desktop: 728×120 pixels
- Mobile: 336×280 pixels
Videos can be embedded via link (e.g., YouTube) or hosted directly on the server.
3. Design Guidelines
Design Standards
- High-quality images and videos are required

All ads are automatically labeled as “Advertisement”
4. Legal Requirements
GDPR & Tracking
- Tracking is managed through the Scuba Ads Ad-Manager
- No use of link shorteners
- Links can be altered through optional UTM parameters for external tracking
- All links are checked for security and credibility
- Links are marked as “nofollow” and “sponsored”
Copyrights
Advertisers must confirm ownership rights for all uploaded images, videos, and fonts
Liability
Legal responsibility remains with the advertiser
5. Approval Process and Control
Review by ScubaAds
- Content, quality, and visual inspection
- Spelling, design, and technical requirements check
Rejection Reasons
- Violation of guidelines
- Association with prohibited industries
- Low-quality or untrustworthy content
Rejection Reasons
Usually within 24 hours, up to 48 hours on weekends
6. Performance Monitoring
Tracking and Reports
Clients can access reports on click numbers and impressions (both unique and repeated views) via the ad manager
Performance Tracking
- No performance guarantees
- Rotating display using the CPM model
- Exclusive ads are billed on a flat-rate basis
7. Pricing and Durations

- Exclusive display ads on a flat-rate basis

Discounts
- Volume discounts and special promotions for loyal customers
- Information available via the dashboard or email
Durations
- CPM ads: Flexible durations with manual start and end dates
- Exclusive ads: Maximum of 4 weeks, no guarantee of extension
- Advertorials: Individually agreed durations
- Product Tests: Usually remain online indefinitely but can be removed if too old
